Our first session is about understanding your story. I’ll listen to what brings you here, your challenges, and what you hope to gain. No pressure, no rush, just a space to begin where you are.
Do you offer Christian-based counseling?
Yes, if you desire. My faith shapes my work, but I respect all beliefs. If integrating spirituality is important to you, we can explore that in a way that aligns with your healing journey
What if I’m afraid to open up?
That’s completely normal. Healing starts with feeling safe, and we’ll build trust together. I won’t push you beyond what you’re ready for. Therapy is your space, and we go at your pace.
