  • How do I know if I need therapy?

    If stress, anxiety, trauma, or relationship struggles are affecting your daily life, therapy can help. You don't have to wait for a crisis to get support or start healing.

  • Is therapy confidential?

    Yes. Therapy is confidential, with a few legal exceptions related to safety, abuse, or court orders. I'll review your privacy rights and answer any questions during your first session.

  • How do I get started?

    Reach out for a free 15-minute consultation. We’ll talk about what you need, answer any questions, and see if we’re a good fit. You don’t have to do this alone, I’m here when you’re ready.









  • How long does therapy take?

    Therapy is different for everyone. Your goals, history, and needs determine the timeline. We'll regularly review your progress and adjust your treatment plan as you heal.

  • How often should I come to therapy?

    Most clients start with weekly sessions to build momentum. As you make progress, we can adjust the frequency based on your goals, needs, and schedule.

  • What if I don't know what to talk about?

    That's completely okay. You don't need to have it all figured out. I'll guide the conversation with thoughtful questions so we can explore what's most important together.

  • What should I expect in the first session?

    Our first session is about understanding your story. I’ll listen to what brings you here, your challenges, and what you hope to gain. No pressure, no rush, just a space to begin where you are.

  • Do you accept insurance?

    I don't accept insurance, but I can provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement. I also accept HSA and FSA cards for payment.

  • Do you offer superbills?

    Yes. I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    I have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Please reach out within 48 hours if you can't make your scheduled appointmnet. You will get a session reminder text 72 hours prior to your appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to a fee. Please refer to the informed consent forms for full details.

  • Do you offer virtual therapy?

    Yes. I offer secure online therapy for clients anywhere in Texas, making it easy to access support from the comfort and privacy of your home.

  • Do you see clients outside Houston?

    Yes. I see clients in person in Houston and offer secure virtual therapy to adults throughout Texas. Many clients choose online sessions for added convenience and flexibility.

  • Where is your office located?

    My office is located at 701 N Post Oak Rd, Suite 303, Houston, TX 77024 in the Memorial area. I also offer secure online therapy for clients throughout Texas.

  • Do you work with men?

    Yes. I work with adult men and women who are ready to heal from trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, perfectionism, and other emotional struggles.

  • Do you work with couples?

    No. I specialize in working with individuals of a family or a couple. Studies show individual work is the gold standard for therapy due to most of what we are naviagting has its orgins in childhood.  If you're struggling with relationship challenges, I can help you understand patterns, improve communication, set healthy boundaries, and build stronger relationships. Building your individual skills and focusing on what you can control will trickle in to every relationship in your life.
