Choosing therapy is an investment in your emotional health, relationships, and future. My goal is not to keep you in therapy forever, but to help you build lasting change through evidence-based trauma treatment including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Christian counseling when requested.

I provide in-person trauma therapy from my Houston office near Memorial, serving clients throughout Spring Branch, Memorial City, the Galleria, River Oaks, Bellaire, Katy, and surrounding communities. Virtual therapy is available across Texas.

Therapy Fees Made Simple
Attending therapy isn't a decision you take lightly. Therapy is an investment in your emotional health, your relationships, and your future. I also understand that cost matters, which is why I strive to make every session meaningful and focused on helping you reach your goals. I get it. It's an investment of time and financial resources. That's why I aim to provide top-notch care. My goal is to optimize our time together and work myself out of a job, as well as gain your trust for you to return as needed after initial goals are met.
Choosing not to work directly with insurance companies allows therapy to remain private and focused on your goals rather than medical necessity requirements. Many clients use their out-of-network benefits, and I provide a superbill that may qualify for reimbursement. HSA, FSA, and HRA cards are also accepted.

Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You Have The Right
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of non-emergency services, including medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Get an Estimate
Request a written Good Faith Estimate from your health care provider at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask any provider for a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling.
You Can Dispute
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Save a Copy
Save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
